Rain Forest Animals

There are quite a few animals that live in the rainforest. There are apes, monkeys, snakes, insects, birds, and lizards. They all depend on each other to survive and to keep each other in balance. Within the layers of the rain forest these animals live. All the insects are on the forest floor helping things to decompose, also gorillas, anteaters, jaguars and people. In the Understory layer insects, snakes, spiders, lizards, and jaguars looking for food. The canopy is home to monkeys, birds, and reptiles. Lastly the emergents has mostly birds and some more. The rainforest is a large home for many animals and if we keep cutting down the trees making the forests disappear the animals will disappear also. Therefore they will all go extinct leaving the world with fewer animals.
