Frogs

There are many species of frogs in which many of them are endangered. Scientists are trying to find a way to save them from extinction. Scientists say that if something is not done then they could have the same fate as the dinosaurs. They say that one-third to one-half of six thousand are close to extinction. Unlike many endangered animals frogs are threatened by a fungus that is killing them. The fungus wipes out ten species a year, scientists from other countries are coming to help save these poor helpless frogs. Zoos and many other places that give homes to many frogs are asked to take more in until they figure out how to stop the fungus from killing them. I hope they find a way to get rid of it soon. Frogs are really neat creatures and don't deserve to be wiped out.
